Green-roof holiday home 9B

Home 9B is approximately 100 m2 in size and sleeps a maximum of six people. Through the front door you enter a spacious hall that provides access to the living room with the fully furnished kitchen/diner (together 56.5 m2), three bedrooms (13, 10 and 5.3 m2), the bathroom and the toilet.

Wood stove and underfloor heating

The whole house has a luxury marble floor with underfloor heating. On colder days you can use our cosy wood stove; wood is available!

Free internet

Green-roof home 9B has its own ADSL internet connection with Wi-Fi you can use free of charge.

Living room

The living room has a comfortable three-seater sofa bed and three armchairs. From your armchair you have wonderful views of the garden, the Reitdiep and the national landscape Middag Humsterland. You can borrow the books that are available in the house. There is a TV with a DVD player or you can choose to play games. If you prefer to surf the web, you can do so free of charge provided you have a computer.

Patio

The living room has French doors that provide access to the patio. The large patio has a table with adjustable, comfortable garden chairs. On chilly evenings you can use the terracotta patio burner and enjoy perfect privacy and views.

Kitchen

The open-plan kitchen/diner provides you with everything you need to prepare a feast. The kitchen has a gas hob, a combined microwave/oven, a dishwasher, large fridge and a large freezer. The kitchen is equipped for preparing an elaborate meal. There is large dining table with eight chairs. From the dining table you have a phenomenal view of the Reitdiep. A Krups Dolce Gusto coffee maker provides you with your choice of coffee any time of the day.

Bedrooms

Bedroom 1 at the front of the house has a large glass façade, giving you fabulous views from the comfortable twin box spring beds. If you prefer a little more privacy, simply close the blinds. Bedroom 2 is the smallest bedroom, but still has twin box spring beds. Bedroom 3 has a double box spring bed. Each bedroom has hanging wardrobe and storage facilities for your holiday gear.

Bathroom

The bathroom is spacious with two basins, a full-length bath and a wonderful rain shower. You can also wash and dry your laundry if required. There is a separate toilet next to the bathroom.

Boat, jetty and parking

You can bring your own boat and moor it at the spacious jetty that belongs to the home (max. draught approx. 1 metre). Finally, you can park two cars next to the home.
