Green-roof holiday home 9C

Holiday home 9C is approximately 100 m2 in size and sleeps a maximum of six people. Through the front door you enter a spacious hall that provides access to the living room with the fully furnished kitchen/diner (together 56.5 m2), three bedrooms (13, 10 and 5.3 m2), the bathroom and the toilet.

Wood stove and underfloor heating

The entire house has underfloor heating and the living room has a wood stove for a perfect ambience and for chilly evenings.

Super fast Internet (fiber optic)

Throughout the house there is an excellent internet connection via fiber and WiFi with a 100 Mbps download and a 100 Mbps upload. You can use this for free!

Living room

The living room has a comfortable corner sofa and an armchair. From your armchair you have wonderful views of the garden, the Reitdiep and the national landscape Middag Humsterland. The ambient wood stove is the answer when there is a chill in the air. You can enjoy the books that are available in the house. Alternatively, you may prefer to play a game or watch something on TV.

Patio

The living room has French doors that provide access to the large patio. The patio has a garden set, consisting of a large table with six adjustable, comfortable garden chairs and luxurious cushions. On cold evenings you can use the cast-iron patio burner and enjoy the stars.

Kitchen

The open-plan kitchen/diner provides you with everything you need to prepare a feast. The kitchen has a gas cooker with six rings and a double oven and a microwave. It goes without saying that there is a dishwasher too. The large red Bosch Retro fridge with freezer compartment will keep your food, wine and beer chilled to perfection. Enjoy your home-made meals at the dining table that seats six. And after the meal you can enjoy a delicious cup of coffee from the Nespresso.

Bedrooms

Bedroom 1 at the front of the house has a large glass façade, giving you superb views from your double bed (140×200). If you prefer a little more privacy, simply close the blinds. Bedroom 2 is the smallest, but spacious enough for the pull-out bed. You can easily enlarge the single bed to a bed of 160 x 200. Bedroom 3 has a double box spring bed (160×200). The room also has a large wardrobe. Each bedroom has storage facilities for your holiday gear. The living room also has a two-person sofa bed.

Bathroom

The bathroom is spacious with two basins, a full-length bath and a wonderful rain shower. You can also wash and dry your laundry if required. There is a separate toilet next to the bathroom.

Boat, jetty and parking

You can bring your own boat and moor it at the spacious jetty that belongs to the home (max. draught approx. 1 metre). Finally, you can park two cars next to the home.
